Offices in China, 1919, 60¢ on 30¢ orange red (K14), left margin plate no. single, original gum never hinged (lightly hinged in selvage only), impeccable centering, gorgeous rich color. Extremely Fine, choice, the highest graded by the PF, and the sole example, only three graded higher by the PSE, with one 98J being the highest. SSV $1,800 (SMQ unpriced).
